At the end of 2022, the “Employee of the Year” Award was presented for the first time, but with the purpose of creating a tradition.
During the selection process, our colleagues had the opportunity to submit nominations, from which our professional jury, the members of our management, chose the top 3 winners and our employees could vote for the Audience Award winner.
Our winners received their awards at the Christmas Party.
